We the People

This is why the United States of America is such a fair nation: It is so fair, that one person’s pursuit of happiness will always at some point, be forfeited in favor of another’s; 

Power swings from Right to Left like a pendulum:  

The system of Government is laid out in such a way, that no one group or individual has absolute power, and no one group has power for too long. 

There are checks and balances…and there is always room for sway: Whether right or wrong; whether for better or for worse, there is always the opportunity for change looming over the horizon.

So, concerning elections, my own thoughts are, that if my “team” didn’t win, I need to suck it up, and plan and pray for next time…

And the good news about living here, is the guarantee that there will be a “next time” - another opportunity arising for one to make their voice heard.


This is why, in the long term, totalitarian nations and dictatorships, can ultimately not worry too much about America, but sit back and wait: 

What I mean is this: that if a nation like the United States of America ties their hands, they know that it is only a matter of time before a new government - a different president - is elected, to untie them again. There is no absolute power absolutely, and therefore no absolute guarantee.

So, doesn’t all this “playing fair” put the United States at a disadvantage? 

Ultimately yes it does seem to - because Satan loves to cheat - and knows very well how to do it! 

The founding fathers wanted to find a balance for the nation: between anarchy and autocracy; and this they did, to the best of their ability, through the Constitution. But, in the face of such evil, this has now made America vulnerable…after all, no nation can survive long anymore, by “playing fair”…not when other nations and factions are cheating all around them. I believe the founding fathers also recognized this; and yet even people like Jefferson, gave a strong signal that, when all is said and done, they would rather contend with the wickedness of people - whether foreign or domestic - than face the wrath of the Almighty God! This was why they maintained the stance:  It is better to be on the side of right - no matter the consequences: They knew the Almighty was watching.

This is why I have come - once again - to this conclusion: America needs the intervention of the Lord Jesus Christ, and will not survive for much longer without it: When all is said and done, nothing else matters except Salvation through His Name - and I believe the time is coming when we will see it.


Ephesians 6:

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.
